Job summary

Doceree in New Jersey is seeking a Partnership Success Manager - Supply to bridge Demand teams and Global Supply partners, maximizing monetization and partner satisfaction. You will work with Demand, Ad Operations, Supply, TAMs, and others to activate new opportunities, formats, and capabilities.

The ideal candidate is customer-focused, commercially minded, analytical, organized, and proactive, with the ability to coordinate across multiple teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in customer success, publisher partnerships, account management, program management, operations, ad operations, or a related role.
• Experience working with publishers, media companies, SSPs, DSPs, ad tech platforms, or digital advertising is strongly preferred.
• Strong customer-service mindset with the ability to build trusted relationships with external partners.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both external partners and internal stakeholders.
• Strong project and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple partners, requests, and initiatives simultaneously.
• Ability to understand technical and operational concepts and communicate them clearly to non-technical audiences.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving partner issues.
• Comfortable coordinating across teams and driving outcomes without direct authority.
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment where products, formats, and processes are continuously evolving.
• Strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary demand-side point of contact for global supply partners, including direct publishers, POC platforms and network partners.
• Communicate demand-side requirements, timelines, testing needs, and launch readiness for new initiatives, ad formats, and inventory opportunities to supply partners.
• Monitor partner monetization and identify gaps or opportunities to improve demand activation and revenue.
• Gather relevant partner data points to help Demand teams effectively position supply with advertisers.
• Coordinate across Demand, Ad Operations, Supply, TAMs, Product/Engineering and other teams to move opportunities & campaigns through launch and resolve blockers.
• Support strategic initiatives and special projects from the demand side.
• Provide responsive, high-quality partner communication and support to maintain strong partner satisfaction.
