Arrow McLaren IndyCar in Indianapolis seeks a Corporate Partnerships Intern for spring 2027 (March–May). You’ll be at the heart of the Month of May, gaining a behind-the-scenes view of a world-class racing program and assisting with partner events, asset logistics, and sponsorship deliverables.

You'll support the partnerships team, manage communications with brands, and help prepare materials while collaborating with marketing and operations across the organization.

Qualifikationen

• Must be able to receive college credit and be enrolled or recently graduated in a relevant program.
• Able to work office hours during weekdays and extended May session.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Salesforce CRM experience is a plus.
• Capable of multitasking in a fast paced environment.

Aufgaben

• Assist in planning and executing partner events, hospitality suites, and garage tours.
• Support day-to-day communications with brands to meet sponsorship deliverables.
• Help with logistics of partner assets and VIP experiences.
• Support sales with partner research and industry trends.
• Create and maintain partner materials and presentations.
• Update Salesforce CRM with sales activity.
• Collaborate with marketing, communications and operations to fulfill partnerships.
• Attend client meetings and weekly marketing meetings as needed.
• Provide general administrative support to the Partnerships team.
