Job summary

Arrow McLaren is seeking a highly motivated Corporate Partnerships Intern for spring 2027 (March – May) at the McLaren Racing Center in Indianapolis. You will gain hands-on experience in sports marketing, event activation, and sponsor relationship management within a world-class racing program.

You will assist with partner events, communications, asset logistics, and sales research while collaborating with marketing, communications and operations teams to ensure flawless partnership execution.

Qualifications

• Must be able to receive college credit. Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a Marketing, Sports Management, Communications, or Business program.
• Ability to work office hours during the week in addition to extended hours during the Month of May (including weekends)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and execution of partner events, hospitality suites, and garage tours during the Month of May
• Support the partnerships team in managing day-to-day communications with world-class brands to ensure all sponsorship deliverables are met
• Assist with the logistics of partner assets, including branded merchandise, credentials and VIP experiences
• Support the sales team by researching potential new partners and industry trends within the motorsports landscape
• Support the development and maintenance of partner-related materials, including presentations, proposals and recaps
• Support partnerships department with Salesforce CRM Sales updates
• Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, communications and operations to ensure successful partnership fulfillment
• Attend client meetings with department representatives as requested
• Attend and participate in weekly departmental marketing meetings as needed
• Provide general administrative support to the Corporate Partnerships team including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas and maintaining records

This isn't just a desk job; you will be at the heart of the "Month of May," getting a behind-the-scenes look at how a world-class racing team operates during the biggest spectacle in racing.
