Job summary

MyPrize is seeking a senior leader to manage both Creator and VIP teams, owning revenue and strategic relationships across creators, game providers, and brands. You will coach team leads, drive monetization, and align cross-functional partners to execute on growth strategies with data-driven prioritization.

You will influence creating scalable processes, negotiate promotions, and champion AI-enabled workflows to maximize efficiency and outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in creator management, VIP or account management, partnerships, or business development.
• Proven track record leading outbound, account management, or customer-facing teams to revenue targets.
• Excellent coaching and communication skills to develop leaders.
• Strong quantitative skills evaluating terms, economics, revenue share, reinvestment, profitability.
• Ability to read data trends and deploy resources against opportunities.
• Strong commercial instincts with experience negotiating promotions and collaborations.
• AI fluent, using AI tools and LLM workflows to improve productivity.
• Ability to operate with urgency in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Genuine passion for gaming and becoming in-house expert on products.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Team Leads: set goals, cadence, and standards; coach on coaching, reviews, onboarding, and ramp.
• Own the Revenue Number: manage combined creator and VIP revenue; monitor dashboards and plans.
• Deploy Resources Against Data: direct time, incentives, and reinvestment budgets to opportunities.
• Creator Portfolio Growth: source/close new creators, expand content output and schedules.
• VIP Value Growth: drive retention, engagement, and monetization with disciplined coverage.
• Partnerships & Commercial Negotiation: own relationships; negotiate promotions and terms.
• Process, Systems & CRM: build scalable systems; ensure CRM accuracy.
• Reporting & Market Intelligence: deliver insights to leadership; monitor US and international markets.
