Job summary

Thnks is building a creator and community network to accelerate business gratitude initiatives. This role centers on hands-on sourcing, briefs, and active participation in conversations daily, shaping the first wave of partnerships and events.

You will own the creator network, grow the community, and curate a partner marketing calendar, launching campaigns and co-marketing with key platforms. This is a founding hire focused on hands-on execution.

Qualifications

• 4+ years building creator, influencer, community, or partner marketing programs (B2B).
• Strong knowledge of creator landscape and seller world across LinkedIn, YouTube, podcasts.
• Direct experience running co-marketing with partners and calendars.

Responsibilities

• Find and sign creators focusing on real B2B sellers and revenue leaders; write briefs and manage cadence.
• Build and run the community day-to-day: posting, moderating, welcoming members, hosting conversations.
• Create partner co-marketing with Salesforce, HubSpot, SAP Concur, EcoCart, Thnks Local; drive joint calendar and content.
• Celebrate practitioners with awards and spotlights to turn customers into advocates.
• Attend events to sponsor or host small dinners; engage at events.
• Track outcomes: identify which creators drive signups, posts travel, and partners add value.
