Job summary

ADT's Marketing, Communications & Brand Internship in Boca Raton offers an 11-week, hands-on experience where students contribute to campaigns, events, and content performance from day one.

Interns work on teams across Brand Activations, Content Strategy, Channel Marketing, and more, with on-site Monday-Thursday and remote Fridays, and receive compensation of $24/hour for undergraduates or $28/hour for graduates.

Marketing, Communications & Brand Internship

Location: Boca Raton Headquarters

Format: In-person Monday-Thursday and remote Fridays*

Dates: May 17-July 29, 2027

Compensation: $24/hour for Bachelor's students; $28/hour for Master's students

About the Internship Program

This 11-week program places interns on teams where they'll contribute to meaningful and impactful projects from day one. Throughout the summer, interns also get exposure to ADT as a whole: sessions with different business units, briefings on current company priorities, and time with our executive leadership team, alongside a dedicated professional development track.

Placement is based on business needs, skillsets, and academic background. Project work may include supporting campaigns and events, researching competitors or audiences, analyzing marketing performance, improving content and channel strategies, or coordinating cross-functional initiatives.

Qualifications

Required

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Public Relations, Business Analytics, or a related field
• Graduating between December 2027 and May 2028
• Completion of at least two upper-level (300/400) courses relevant to the internship discipline
• Cumulative GPA of 3.2 or higher

Compensation & Internship Details

• Compensation: $24/hour for undergraduates, $28/hour for those enrolled in a graduate program.
• Work Schedule: A 40-hour workweek is expected, with interns on-site from Monday to Thursday in our Boca Raton Headquarters, and the option to work remotely on Fridays, depending on team schedules.
• U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency is required, as we do not offer sponsorship.
• Must be available for the entire duration of the internship program, from May 17-July 29, 2027.
• Housing allowance and relocation assistance are not offered for Internship roles.
