Parts Town is seeking an Account Manager, Manufacturer Partnerships (PARTnership Builder) to manage and scale supplier partnerships. You will work with marketing and analytics to execute strategic initiatives, build strong relationships, and drive program growth for a trusted manufacturer network.

You will collaborate across teams, drive growth opportunities, and ensure a positive customer experience while thriving in a hybrid work environment with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in a business development environment, managing stakeholders and projects, with cross‑team communication.
• Proficient with MS Office tools, SAP, and Salesforce.
• Demonstrates curiosity, problem solving, and continuous improvement.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and coordinate projects for existing programs to strengthen partnerships.
• Launch and operationalize new manufacturer programs.
• Manage compliance with partnership agreements.
