Job summary

This role focuses on partnership transactions, allocations, and M&A implications, working with US teams and international specialists. A CPA/EA/attorney license with 7+ years of corporate tax experience is required; hybrid work and a strong rewards program are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or business-related field.
• Active CPA, EA, attorney, or pre-approved equivalent certification.
• 7+ years of corporate federal tax compliance and tax consulting.
• 5+ years in public accounting focusing on partnership taxation.
• Experience with S-Corps or Partnerships/LLCs.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on partnership tax planning, research, compliance, allocations, and transactions.
• Assist with new business development, extended service, and tax issue recognition.
• Develop, motivate, and train staff level team members.
• Manage partnership client needs with respect to tax services and federal/state compliance.
• Provide detailed review and analysis of complex tax returns.
• Work with US and India teams to deliver tax services.
