KPMG is seeking a Manager/Senior Manager - Tax, Integrated Partnership Solutions to join our Business Tax Services practice in the United States. You will lead partnership tax engagements, advise on complex transactions, and drive high-quality service for Fortune 100 clients.

You will manage teams, mentor staff, and coordinate with multidisciplinary colleagues, ensuring compliance and innovative tax solutions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; CPA/EA/JD/LLM or approved credential needed within one year of hire.
Strong verbal and written communication with ability to explain complex tax concepts clearly.
Experience with partnership federal and state tax compliance and MS Office/tax software.

Responsibilities

Provide tax compliance and consulting services to partnerships for diverse clients.
Advise on transaction calculations, partner economics, tax distributions, and lifecycle events.
Lead and train teams of tax professionals; manage client portfolios and budgets.
Oversee engagement risk and performance, including budgets and resource planning.
