Job summary

KPMG LLP is seeking a Manager to join our Business Tax Services practice. You will provide tax compliance and advisory services to partnerships, corporations, and S-corporations for a variety of clients from Fortune 100 to emerging businesses.

Qualifications

• Five years of corporate tax experience in accounting firms, corporations, or law firms.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university.
• CPA, JD/LLM or EA, or equivalent credential per firm policy; eligible to obtain upon hire.
• Strong knowledge of ASC 740.
• Experience with corporate taxation, consolidations, and partnerships.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax compliance and advisory services to partnerships, corporations, and S-corporations.
• Work within a multi-disciplinary team to bring banking industry knowledge.
• Manage a portfolio of clients and serve as the point of contact for internal and external clients.
