The position combines leadership with recruiting duties at the client site in Keasbey, NJ, from 11am to 7pm. Bilingual Spanish/English required; supervisory experience preferred.

Base pay ranges $23–$28 per hour, with potential overtime, bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits package including 401(k) matching. Strong customer service and MS Office skills are essential.

Job description

We are seeking a Bilingual (Spanish/English) 3rd shift Onsite Supervisor/Recruiter with strong leadership skills and excellent customer service to join our great Perth Amboy, NJ team! Will be working Onsite at the client site in Keasbey, NJ. Shift is 11am-7pm.

• Base Pay Range $23.00 – 28.00 depending on experience
• Compensation is determined based on job-related skills, experience, internal equity, and geographic location. This role may also be eligible for overtime (if non-exempt), bonuses, commissions, or other incentive pay, depending on the position.
