Base pay ranges $23–$28 per hour, with potential overtime, bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits package including 401(k) matching. Strong customer service and MS Office skills are essential.

• Recruiting for a production facility required.
• Excellent customer service skills required.

Responsibilities

• Lite industrial recruiting, on-site.
• Bilingual in Spanish/English required.

• Daily reports management.
• Managing KPIs.
• Weekly time clock and attendance management.
• Payroll processing.
• Daily walk-throughs and safety observations.
