Partners Personnel in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Bilingual (Spanish/English) 1st shift Onsite Supervisor/Recruiter for a seasonal role. Shift 6am-4:30pm, Monday through Thursday, with mandatory OT. Salary range $41,500–$45,000, Sep 2026–Jan 2027.

Onsite at a light industrial facility; recruiting for production lines. KPI-driven environment with bonuses and incentives. Experience with on-site staffing and applicant tracking systems is required.

We are seeking a Bilingual (Spanish/English) 1st shift Onsite Supervisor/Recruiter with strong leadership skills and excellent customer service to join our great Phoenix AZ team! Experience with On-site for a light industrial facility required. Shift 6am-4:30pm Monday through Thursday. Mandatory OT.
