Partners Personnel - Management Resources Llc is seeking an Onsite Supervisor to lead a production facility team in Greensboro, NC (Kernersville area). First shift, Monday–Friday, with overtime potential. Competitive salary $45,000–$55,000 plus benefits, 401(k) match, and performance bonuses.

• Onsite supervision experience preferred.
• Experience with staffing for production facilities is a plus.
• Strong customer service skills required.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Proficiency in MS Office and attendance/timekeeping practices.

Responsibilities

• Lite industrial recruiting experience a plus.
• Bilingual in Spanish/English a plus.
• Daily reports management and KPI oversight.
• Weekly time clock and attendance management.
• Payroll processing responsibilities.
• Daily walk-throughs and safety observations.
• Collaborate with supervisors/managers to allocate staff across departments.
• Troubleshoot associate needs; attend management meetings as needed.

We are seeking an Onsite Supervisor with strong leadership skills and excellent customer service to join our great Partners Personnel team in Greensboro, NC. Will be working at client's facility in Kernersville. 1st Shift, Monday-Friday. Must be flexible.If you live in or near Greensboro/Kernersville area, we offer:Salary Range $45,000 - $55,000 annually, depending on experienceCompensation is determined based on job-related skills, experience, internal equity, and geographic location.
