Job summary

Daytona International Speedway is seeking a Partnership Services Associate to support sales and partnership functions across DIS, HMS, and TSS events. You will co-manage fulfillment of hospitality assets, build relationships with suite and hospitality clients, and help grow partnerships through activation and clear communications.

The role requires strong organization, a willingness to learn sales systems, and the ability to handle long event weekends.

Qualifications

  • Pursuing a degree or recent graduate in Marketing, Sports Management, or Hospitality Management.
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn sales systems and partnership management.
  • Excellent communication skills, both telephone and in-person, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work long and flexible hours, including event weekends and evenings.

Job description

Overview

Daytona International Speedway is a state‑of‑the‑art motorsports facility and the home of the Daytona 500. As part of NASCAR’s Southeast Region, the Speedway hosts a diverse schedule of racing events, concerts, and corporate functions. The Partnership Services Associate will support sales and partnership functions across the Daytona, Homestead‑Miami, and Talladega venues.

Responsibilities
  • Co‑manage the fulfillment process of partnership and corporate hospitality assets, including tickets, parking passes, and credentials for both printed and digital passes through ProVenue & Tickets.com.
  • Manage own book of business of suite and hospitality clients during all major DIS, HMS and TSS events.
  • Build strong customer relationships and identify additional growth opportunities among partners.
  • Manage partner activation details, including inventory layouts, event and hospitality guides, and partner communications.
  • Support event signage inventory, placement, and activation.
  • Coordinate the recap deck‑creation process with NASCAR Insights, Social, Email, and other internal stakeholders.
  • Manage event‑day photo shot lists, organize and capture images for recaps and proposal decks.
  • Create and assist with contract creation and trades in corporate sales systems.
  • Support all aspects of the sales process for the Sales team.
  • Provide support to the Special Events & Hospitality team as needed.
  • Work closely with multiple departments within the organization and Southeast Region, including Ticketing, Accounting, Legal, Operations, Security, NASCAR Partnership Marketing, Marketing/Digital, Event Experiences, Business Development and Guest Services.
  • Assist with special projects as assigned.

  • Daytona International Speedway – August 23‑24, 2024 (Wawa 250, Coke Zero Sugar 400)
  • Talladega Superspeedway – October 5‑6, 2024 (Love’s RV Stop 250, YellaWood 500)
  • Daytona International Speedway – October 17‑20, 2024 (Fall Cycle Scene presented by Monster Energy)
  • Homestead‑Miami Speedway – October 26‑27, 2024 (Baptist Health 200, Contender Boats 300, Dixie Vodka 400)
  • Additional events through March 2025, including multiple NASCAR Cup Series, Xfinity Series, Craftsman Truck Series, ARCA Menards Series, IMSA WeatherTech, Speedweeks, and Bike Week at Daytona.
Compensation

Position will pay $13.00 per hour with the ability to earn overtime. Travel to Southeast Region events, if required, will be paid by the Company.

Qualifications
  • Currently pursuing a degree or recent graduate in Marketing, Sports Management, or Hospitality Management.
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn sales systems, databases, and partnership management.
  • Highly self‑motivated and able to thrive in a high‑pressure, fast‑paced environment.
  • Detail oriented with exceptional communication skills (telephone and in‑person).
  • Ability to work long and flexible hours, including all major event weekends and evenings.
  • Adherence to department and facility policies and procedures.
  • Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
  • Team player, self‑starter, aggressive, and professional.
  • Ability to lift over 50 lbs.
