One of our companies is currently looking for a Partnership Manager in United States.
We are seeking a mission-driven Partnership Manager to lead and grow key relationships with academic institutions. This role is central to expanding and deepening university engagement, ensuring the seamless integration of education programs that support underrepresented students in tech. You'll be the primary liaison for partner universities—listening to their needs, customizing solutions, and championing strategic growth. From onboarding to renewal, your work will directly impact thousands of students' pathways into tech by aligning institutional goals with high-impact programming and strong student outcomes.
Accountabilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned university partners, fostering trust and collaboration
- Conduct discovery sessions to understand institutional priorities and propose scalable solutions
- Oversee program adoption, integration, and performance monitoring across campuses
- Coordinate strategic reviews, renewals, and expansion opportunities with partner stakeholders
- Track student engagement and outcomes to highlight impact and inform program improvements
- Develop and maintain data-driven dashboards and partner health metrics
- Identify and lead new initiatives that align with emerging higher ed and tech workforce trends
Requirements
- 5+ years in partnership management, customer success, or account management, ideally in the higher education sector
- Deep understanding of academic institutions, their structures, and decision-making processes
- Proven experience building trusted relationships with diverse stakeholders, from administrators to faculty
- Excellent project management and organizational skills, with attention to detail
- Strong communication and storytelling abilities, particularly in translating data into insights
- Passion for educational equity and expanding tech access for underserved communities
- Experience managing CRM tools and tracking engagement metrics is a plus
