Job description

About Us:

We are a global IT services company specializing in technology stacks like Java, .NET, Python, React, Angular, QA, DevOps, Cloud, and Mobile App Development. Our resources are available for remote, offshore, and contract-to-hire (C2H) engagement models.


We are seeking a high-performing Partnership Manager to place our bench resources with US-based clients, staffing vendors, and implementation partners.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and build relationships with Direct Clients, Tier 1 Vendors, System Integrators, and IT consulting firms in the US market.
  2. Actively market available bench candidates (developers, QA, cloud, data, DevOps, etc.) via calls, emails, and online platforms (LinkedIn, Dice, Indeed).
  3. Work closely with the bench and recruitment team to maintain up-to-date availability sheets, candidate profiles, and tech stack tags.
  4. Create and maintain a daily pipeline of leads, job orders, and client requirements to match with bench resources.
  5. Negotiate rate cards, contract terms, and onboarding processes with clients and vendors.
  6. Handle end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation, submissions, interviews, and placement tracking to onboarding support.
  7. Build strategic partnerships for remote/offshore engagements, particularly in Time & Material (T&M) or C2H models.
  8. Maintain CRM for leads, partners, and candidate submission status.
  9. Meet monthly and quarterly placement and revenue targets.

Required Skills & Experience:

  1. 4+ years of experience in US IT staffing, bench sales, or offshore/remote resource placement.
  2. Strong understanding of IT technologies, roles, and project requirements.
  3. Demonstrated ability to generate and convert new vendor/client relationships.
  4. Experience working with job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder), ATS/CRM tools, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
  5. Excellent communication skills and ability to present resource capabilities professionally.
  6. Strong negotiation and closure skills with vendors and clients.
  7. Willingness to work in US time zone (EST/CST/PST).

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Existing relationships with direct clients or implementation partners.
  2. Experience with offshore delivery models and selling India-based remote developers to US clients.

Familiarity with H1B, GC, Citizen hiring norms and C2C/W2/1099 contract models.
