Job description

The Partnership Lead, Digital Measurement Solutions serves as the primary relationship owner for strategic measurement partners and is responsible for driving the successful development, implementation, and evolution of partner measurement offerings. This role acts as the central point of coordination between external partners and internal teams, ensuring measurement solutions are scalable, operationally efficient, and aligned with client and business needs. The ideal candidate combines strong relationship management skills with expertise in digital measurement, analytics methodologies, process development, and cross-functional project leadership. They will serve as a subject matter expert on partner measurement capabilities, support business development efforts, and help shape the future direction of measurement partnerships.

Partnership Leadership & Relationship Management

Own day-to-day relationships with strategic measurement partners, serving as the primary point of contact for partnership initiatives, operational processes, and escalations. Lead partnership discussions related to measurement capabilities, implementation requirements, deliverables, and long-term roadmap planning. Identify opportunities to enhance existing partnerships and drive innovation through new measurement solutions and capabilities. Manage partnership-related issues and escalations, coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution and stakeholder communication.

Measurement Solution Strategy & Subject Matter Expertise

Serve as the internal subject matter expert for partner measurement solutions, methodologies, and operational workflows. Provide consultation and guidance to internal teams, clients, and partners on measurement best practices and solution capabilities. Support pre-sales activities, client presentations, and strategic business development conversations by articulating measurement offerings and implementation approaches. Evaluate partner capabilities and recommend solutions that align with client objectives and business needs.

Cross-Functional Program Management

Lead the development and implementation of new measurement workflows, partnering with Analytics, Partner Development, Product, Operations, Technology, Legal, and Client teams. Translate business goals into clear operational requirements, technical specifications, and process documentation. Facilitate alignment across stakeholders to ensure successful adoption and execution of new measurement initiatives. Drive project timelines, identify risks, and proactively address operational challenges.

Analytics & Measurement Oversight

Partner closely with Analytics teams to define measurement requirements, document methodologies, and ensure deliverables align with partner expectations. Act as a liaison between partners and analytics teams to facilitate methodology discussions, requirement gathering, and solution design. Ensure measurement programs are properly documented, scalable, and operationally sustainable. Participate in the development of best practices, standards, and governance processes for measurement offerings.

Contracting & Partnership Governance

Collaborate with Legal and Procurement teams during contract negotiations and renewals to ensure measurement requirements are appropriately represented. Review contract language related to reporting, measurement methodologies, and partnership obligations. Draft and coordinate scopes of work, work orders, and other partnership documentation as needed. Ensure partnership agreements align with operational and business requirements.

Sales Enablement & Communication

Develop partner presentations, solution overviews, implementation documentation, and educational materials. Support creation of sales collateral, pitch decks, and client-facing content related to measurement capabilities. Communicate complex technical and methodological concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Represent partnership measurement solutions in internal and external meetings, workshops, and industry discussions.

Required Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in partnership management, digital measurement, analytics consulting, media measurement, adtech, martech, or related fields.
  • Experience managing external partner relationships and cross-functional business initiatives.
  • Understanding of digital marketing measurement methodologies, attribution, reporting, and analytics solutions.
  • Experience translating business requirements into operational processes and technical requirements.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience working with measurement partners, media platforms, identity providers, clean rooms, or analytics vendors.
  • Familiarity with data privacy considerations, contract reviews, and partnership agreements.
  • Experience supporting sales, solution consulting, or business development activities.
  • Knowledge of advertising, audience activation, marketing analytics, and performance measurement ecosystems.
