RestoPros Austin is hiring a Partnership Development Representative to grow our referral network across Central Texas. This is a sales role focused on relationship-building rather than high-pressure selling.

You will develop relationships with plumbers, HVAC, property managers, and other local businesses; conduct outside sales visits, attend events, and help plan partner appreciation activities. If you enjoy networking and independent growth, we want to meet you.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or business development is helpful.
• Ability to build trust and develop long-term relationships.
• Willingness to join community events and networking groups.

Responsibilities

• Build partnerships with plumbers, HVAC, property managers, and local pros.
• Conduct outside sales visits, coffees, lunches, and partner meetings.
• Represent RestoPros at chambers, associations, events, and groups.
• Help plan partner appreciation events and networking experiences.
• Follow up to maintain partner pipeline and earn referrals.
