CAC I International Inc. in Reston, VA seeks a highly organized Partnership Coordinator to support its Strategic Partnerships division.

The role touches sponsorships, memberships, and philanthropy programs, coordinating activities, events, budgets, and communications with internal leadership and external partners. You will manage calendars, onboarding, and documentation, while tracking milestones and outcomes.

Competenze

Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, business administration, public relations, event management, or a related field.
Minimum of two years of experience in partnership coordination or related fields.
Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to interact professionally with internal stakeholders, external partners, and vendors.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while balancing competing priorities and deadlines.
Experience managing invoices, budgets, expense reporting, or financial reconciliation processes.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools; experience with project management platforms preferred.

Mansioni

Maintain partnership calendars, contact information, engagement histories, action logs, and program documentation.
Coordinate meetings, events, panels, and other engagements; manage attendance and communications.
Prepare agendas, materials, briefing decks, summaries, correspondence, and follow-up communications.
Track partnership activities, deliverables, milestones, participation, and reporting metrics.
Identify workflow improvements and optimize operational efficiency; manage tasks in Asana with Marketing Ops.
