This is a great time to join us!

The Role

To support our continued growth, Nabla is expanding its team and seeking a Partnership Director to manage strategic reseller partnerships to drive revenue, accelerate implementation, and expand market reach. • Drive Sales and Adoption: Collaborate with partner sales teams to help close/win deals, troubleshoot any existing partner issues and ensure they have the tools needed to succeed in their sales efforts. Co-develop materials, including presentations, product demos, case studies, and other collateral to aid partners in their sales process.

  • Market Insights: Analyze market trends and partner feedback to refine enablement strategies and identify opportunities for growth

  • Relationship Management: Acting as the primary point of contact, resolving conflicts, and nurturing long‑term, productive partnerships with key stakeholders across the partner organization.

  • Performance Tracking: Measuring KPIs, monitoring, and reporting on partner sales performance to identify areas for improvement and celebrate success together.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product management, and other internal teams to ensure alignment and effective communication of product updates and promotions to partners

Qualifications

Oh, and we’re constantly snacking on chocolate or nuts!
