Job summary

Pearson is seeking a Specialist, Partnership Management to support School Assessment in delivering programs with cross-functional teams and external partners. You will manage customer relationships, coordinate project activities, and ensure delivery on time and within budget while proactively addressing risks and opportunities.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in project management, a Bachelor's degree or commensurate experience, and familiarity with PMI principles.

Qualifications

• Effective verbal/written communication skills, negotiation and facilitation abilities.
• Ability to develop and deliver presentations to stakeholders.
• Familiar with PMI principles and project management practices.
• Flexible and capable of handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Significant experience with customer service and project management.

Responsibilities

• Project management through the life cycle: initiate, plan, execute, control, close.
• Maintain project plans, requirements, schedules, and documentation.
• Network with stakeholders to meet project goals.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and review deliverables.
• Support SOWs and contracts; manage scope, schedule, and costs.
• Mitigate risks and implement process improvements.
• Measure performance and report status to stakeholders.
• Handle change control and scope documentation.
• Identify and track risks and implement mitigation actions.
• Execute tasks per project plan to meet deliverables.
• Prepare internal and external program status reports.
