• Ability to have sophisticated conversations with six-figure business owners.
• Entrepreneurial mindset; eager to build something, not just collect a paycheck.
• Self-directed, disciplined, and able to operate with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, present, and close new partner relationships.
• Lead outbound outreach and structured sales conversations on Zoom.
• Serve as board-level advisor to partners; drive accountability and growth.
• Build and manage a growing book of partner clients and recurring revenue.
• Recruit, train, and mentor a team as the division expands.
