Job summary

Fusion Growth Partners is hiring a Partnerships Executive to prospect, present, and close new partner relationships, acting as a trusted adviser to high-earning real estate professionals. The role evolves into advisory and portfolio management, guiding growth and accountability across a partner book.

As the business scales nationally, you can build your own division, recruit and train your team, and eventually lead a portfolio of partners with uncapped upside.

Qualifications

• Track record of success in sales, financial services, B2B, real estate, or similar.
• Able to hold a sophisticated conversation with six-figure business owners and earn trust.
• Think like an entrepreneur and build something, not just take a paycheck.
• Disciplined, self-directed, and able to operate autonomously.
• Strong, clear communication and servant-leader mindset.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, present, and close new partner relationships via outbound outreach and Zoom discussions.
• Serve as a board-level advisor to partners, drive accountability and growth.
• Develop your book of business into a personal division with hiring and mentoring responsibilities.
