Connect Legal Partners is seeking an experienced corporate transactions partner/senior counsel to run their own practice under the firm’s name. You will set your own rates and serve your own clients, with earnings based on collections and no guaranteed draw.

The role requires 8+ years as a partner or senior counsel and a portable book of $750K+; the position is fully remote and US-based.

The role

You will run your corporate transactions practice under the firm's name, setting your own rates and serving your own clients. Pay is based on collections with no guaranteed draw, so this suits a partner with a steady, portable book who is comfortable earning on results. There is no capital buy in.
