Job summary

Yaskawa Motoman Robotics in Ohio seeks a Leader to manage the Partner Support Team, expanding our distributor and integrator channels while guiding technology development and customer satisfaction.

You will coach staff, oversee budgeting, and implement new support strategies to maximize revenue opportunities and deliver exceptional service to distributors, integrators, OEMs, and key customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in business administration or engineering with minimum 5 years in robot/automation industry.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience; accommodations may be made.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Partner Support team; drive growth of Distribution and Integrator channels.
• Develop and implement efficiency tools and technology for partner support operations.
• Support revenue opportunities, proofs of concepts, simulations for customers.
• Coach, mentor, and conduct annual performance reviews for channel staff.
• Manage budget and manpower; monitor call center performance and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate resolutions of interdepartmental customer satisfaction issues and promote teamwork.

Education

Bachelor of Science degree in business administration or Engineering field with at least 5 years of related experience in the robot/automation industry; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
