Job summary

Pearson is seeking a Manager, Partner Success in the United States to lead a team of Partner Success professionals supporting state, district, and school partners through the assessment lifecycle. You will oversee engagement, readiness, training, adoption, issue resolution, and ongoing relationship management to ensure customers are prepared and successful.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of experience leading customer-facing programs or assessment delivery.
• Proven success leading and developing high-performing teams.
• Experience managing complex customer relationships and escalation points.
• Strong program and project management skills with cross-functional initiatives.
• Ability to influence across Product, Technology, Operations, Measurement, Content, and Support.
• Strong communication, facilitation, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Experience forecasting, budgeting, and contract value tracking.
• This position may require up to 25% travel.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with state, district, and school partners.
• Lead readiness, implementation, training, and adoption planning activities.
• Serve as escalation point for complex customer concerns, risks, and delivery issues.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of program commitments.
• Monitor program schedules, risks, issues, budgets, and milestones.
• Lead forecasting, planning, and business reviews for assigned programs.
• Manage program financials to meet revenue/margin plans and explain trends.
• Coach and develop a team of Partner Success professionals.
