Job summary

Pearson is seeking a Manager, Partner Success to lead a team supporting state, district and school partners throughout the assessment lifecycle, ensuring successful delivery of programs and services. You will oversee partner engagement, readiness planning, training, adoption, issue resolution and ongoing relationship management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 5+ years of experience leading customer-facing programs or related functions.
  • Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
  • Experience managing complex customer relationships and escalation points.
  • Strong program/project management skills across schedules, risks, budgets, and cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with state, district, and school partners.
  • Lead readiness, implementation, training, and adoption planning activities.
  • Serve as escalation point for complex customer concerns, risks, and delivery issues.
  • Forecasting, planning, and business reviews for assigned programs.
  • Manage program financials to meet revenue/margin plans and control costs.
