Job summary

Latham & Watkins is seeking a Partner Integration Manager to oversee the integration of lateral and promoted partners across the firm. The role collaborates with the Partner Recruiting team to deploy resources, align strategies, and accelerate productive partnership, located in New York or Washington DC with hybrid options.

The candidate will have 5+ years in a legal or professional services setting, 3+ years in supervision, and a strong ability to build relationships with lawyers and staff at

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or JD required.
• Minimum five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in legal or other professional services environment.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized one-on-one support for each partner to foster success and connect them with resources.
• Coordinate with Partner Recruiting to inform recruitment and integration strategies for each lateral partner.
• Collaborate to understand incoming partners’ objectives, practice, industry focus, client base, and integrate into the firm’s Platform Integration Program.
• Develop and execute tailored integration strategies for assigned partners considering practice, region and client base.
• Ensure integration plans stay on track and identify opportunities for deeper platform integration.
