Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; JD or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum five years of progressively responsible experience in legal or professional services environments.
• Minimum of three years in a supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized, one-on-one support for each partner in the portfolio to ensure successful integration into the partnership.
• Coordinate with Partner Recruiting to align recruitment and integration considerations.
• Collaborate to understand incoming partners' objectives, priorities, practice, industry focus, and client base.
• Develop and execute tailored integration strategies for each partner to fit the firm’s platform and culture.
• Ensure ongoing progress of integration efforts and identify new opportunities for deeper integration.
• Safeguard confidential and proprietary information in all integration activities.
