Goodwin, an international AmLaw 100 law firm, is seeking a Partner Success Co-op to support the newly developed Partner Success team.

In Boston, you will handle confidential information, prepare materials for the Partnership and Allocations Committees, and collaborate with cross-functional partners across IT, HR, and Finance. The role emphasizes initiative, meticulous organization, and professional communication as you help onboarding and integration of partners.

Qualifications

• Provide administrative support for partnership and integration activities.
• Create and maintain materials, communications, and presentations.
• Design, produce and analyze reports related to attorney productivity and PC process.
• Review materials submitted to PC Committee from stakeholders to ensure accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Partnership Committee and Allocations Committee with scheduling, logistics, and related communications.
• Schedule meetings and prepare materials for lateral partner transition, onboarding, and integration processes.
• Maintain monthly reports and document trackers, and collect data for onboarding and integration.
• Interface with internal firm groups including IT, HR, Finance, and Communications.
