This role will work with senior leaders to prioritize partnerships, negotiate agreements, and embed Citi product offerings into financial solutions.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of management experience in financial services.
• Analytical and conceptual thinker with ability to operate in white space.
• Proven success in managing internal and external partnerships and ability to negotiate complex structures.
• Prior P&L management, strong financial acumen, and analytical skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams with clear communication at executive level.

Responsibilities

• Partner with USCC businesses to identify and implement strategic initiatives and negotiate partnerships.
• Lead or support transactions from sourcing to closing, including due diligence and negotiations.
• Evaluate potential transactions from strategic, operational, and financial perspectives.
• Direct resources to develop, negotiate and manage partner contracts and renewals.
• Integrate Citi product offerings into financial solutions for new business and M&A activity.
• Assess the external environment to develop long-term vision and strategy.
• Oversee analysis and support for negotiations with internal and external partners.
• Manage processes for sourcing, evaluating, winning, and closing new partner programs and retaining relationships.
• Analyze growth opportunities, competition, and market share potential.
• Maintain risk controls, uphold Citi standards, and ensure regulatory compliance.
