The Global Partnerships team at Meta is responsible for fostering relationships with top and emerging partners across creators, public figures, sports leagues, and media. Focusing on Instagram, Facebook, Threads, Meta AI, Reality Labs and WhatsApp, the team helps drive product priorities with partners across Meta's family of apps. Meta is seeking a Partner Solutions Manager to support Creator Partnerships across North America. This role will focus on driving product adoption, operational efficiency, and business value for both Meta and its key partners across Creator, Media, and Public Figure industries. You will collaborate closely with Strategic Partner Managers and cross-functional teams to provide strategic planning, reporting and analysis, relationship co-management, product insights, and education, ultimately helping to accelerate success for both Meta and its partners.Partner Solutions Manager, Creators Responsibilities:Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement strategies and programs that drive product adoption and partner business value through Meta's family of appsCollaborate with Strategic Partner Managers to analyze the performance of partner accounts and pages to identify areas of improvement and opportunities for product adoptionProvide regular reports on partner performance, goal tracking, market trends and forecasting to identify potential challenges or opportunities for the in-market teamSupport managed partners with product education, partner deep-dives, escalation management, product consultations, and liaise with internal stakeholders to propose solutionsSupport product go-to-market efforts by working with partners and internal teams on product launches and tests, coordinating access, education, product feedback and measurementShare product expertise and educate partners on best practices and new products to help them accelerate their growth, serving as a product specialist for internal partnerships teamsWork closely with cross-functional teams in Ops, Policy and Comms to manage partner escalations related to monetization, content strategy and account accessAct as an internal advocate on behalf of partners with cross-functional teams and collaborate with regional counterparts to build solutions at scaleLeverage data-led insights and narratives to help drive strategic decision-making, proactively synthesizing findings and developing recommendationsMinimum Qualifications:4+ years of experience in account management, strategy and operations, digital marketing, social media, partner management, or project managementExperience in data analysis, reporting and forecasting, turning data into meaningful narrativesExperience working autonomously with a track record of taking initiativeExperience with using Facebook, Instagram, Threads and Meta AI to help partners or clients reach their goalsPreferred Qualifications:Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews)Experience working with the creator economy, media, or related fieldsExperience prioritizing conflicting demands and projects, focusing on impactTechnology and AI-curious, adaptable and open to changes in scope and prioritiesExperience working with cross-functional teams to develop creative partner or client activationsDemonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologiesDemonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements)About Meta:Meta builds technologies that help people connect, find communities, and grow businesses.
