Job summary

Glean, the Work AI platform, is hiring a Partner Solutions Engineer in San Francisco. You will be a technical lead for strategic partners, driving onboarding, enablement, and scalable delivery of Glean solutions. The role requires hands-on workshops, collaboration with partner architects, and a focus on durable partner capability.

The position emphasizes building repeatable offerings, reference architectures, and strong partner relationships, with travel 25–50% and a hybrid work pattern.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in a technical field.
• 5+ years in a technical role such as partner engineer, solutions architect, or similar.
• Experience building or deploying AI/LLM/agent-based systems in production.
• Experience with APIs, SDKs, auth patterns, and cloud services.
• Proficient coding in Python and at least one of TS/JS/Java.
• Experience with major cloud providers (GCP/AWS/Azure).
• Ability to lead technical workshops and enablement sessions.

Responsibilities

• Own technical success of partners from onboarding to scaled delivery.
• Lead hands-on trainings, deep dives, and co-build sessions for partner teams.
• Help partners create repeatable service offerings and reference architectures.
• Develop partner maturity so teams can independently implement Glean in production.
• Identify capability gaps and drive improvements with Product and Engineering.
• Strengthen relations with partner technical leaders and align with customers.
• Provide technical support for partner-led services and integrations.
• Co-build reusable demos and workshops around Glean Agents and APIs.
• Create prototypes, samples, and playbooks to speed deployments.
• Capture field learnings and feed back to Product/Engineering.
• Scale the function by turning bespoke work into repeatable assets.
