About this role

We’ve built an incredibly deep partner ecosystem with Global System Integrators (GSIs) that's scaling rapidly, and continue to co-create high-impact, vertical-specific solutions to jointly bring to enterprises across the Financial Services, Healthcare, Retail/CPG, and Technology sectors.

As our first Partner solutions architect, your primary role is to be a solution-minded thought-partner and consultant to our partners and their clients, and the technical lead to bring our joint generative AI solutions to production. The solutions we build with partners often involve integrations with other technologies and the creation of highly sophisticated AI applications and workflows built in Writer.

You will also help enable our partners to use Writer’s AI Studio, our no-code/low-code solution our partners use to build custom AI applications at scale across their enterprise clients.

Your creativity, proactivity, and thought leadership will help shape our entire culture. If you have a builder mentality, this is the role for you. You'll be reporting to our Head of Solutions Architect, and collaborating closely with our Partner, Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams.

????️ Your responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with our Partner Leads and GSI partners to identify the highest-impact solutions, with the highest level of repeatability, to build and distribute across our focus verticals.
2. Co-design and co-build these joint solutions with your technical counterparts across our partners.
3. Scope business and technical requirements across our target accounts with partners, including tools, workflows, data structure, and integration points to ensure Writer can feasibly execute against.
4. Conduct discovery on existing processes across target accounts, identifying and quantifying current business pain and proposed impact of Writer’s solutions to address.
5. Act as the technical lead for RFP responses and evaluations we conduct with our partners.
6. Manage relationships with technical GSI stakeholders.
7. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the Writer solutions, the broader AI and LLM landscape, as well as our customer’s ecosystem so you can offer prescriptive solution recommendations.
8. Work alongside Product and Engineering to QA the outputs from the implementation, calibrate, and iterate until we have an optimal output.

️ Is this you?

1. 5+ years in technical customer facing roles, including 3+ years of experience in sales engineering, solutions architecting, customer engineering, or even Product roles.
2. Have worked with Fortune 500 customers for a high growth, B2B SaaS company.
3. Experience with Python that you can build on top of Writer Framework.
4. Experience working with APIs, especially Generative AI services.
5. An excellent communicator and collaborator, able to take complex technical concepts and translate to practical business language for non-technical audiences.
6. Highly versatile, can lead a discovery session with multiple stakeholders, uncovering use cases and business pain, while also being able to have the technical acumen to address complex technical hurdles.
7. Customer outcome oriented: a laser focus on delivering solutions that create meaningful business results.
8. Tenured problem solver, able to identify the root cause of issues and work collaboratively to resolve.
9. Experience working across many customer stakeholders and teams.
10. Previously been a top-performing SA and have sold 1M+ deals in highly regulated spaces.
