How You’ll Find Success

You will be responsible for:

  • Building partner pre-sales skills through enablement, mentoring, and support to achieve revenue targets.
  • Educating partner teams, participating in marketing events, and deepening domain expertise.
  • Designing, validating, and presenting software solutions, including advanced concepts and third-party services.
  • Providing presales technical support and solution strategies.
  • Strategic engagement in partner planning and business development.
  • Collaborating with pre-sales leadership to develop scalable solutions.
  • Working with development teams to improve products.

Things You’ll Do

  • Provide technical expertise through presentations, demos, pilots, and consultations.
  • Drive solution adoption within strategic accounts, translating features into value.
  • Develop training materials and deliver product knowledge sessions.
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Engineering teams during product development and refinement.
  • Address product requests and communicate issues effectively.
  • Become an expert in Qualtrics XM Platform and related products.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and technologies.

What We’re Looking For On Your Resume

  • At least 8+ years of sales or technical experience with SaaS/cloud software, working with C/VP level buyers.
  • Experience with large and small system integrators like Deloitte, EY, Accenture, Guidehouse.
  • High energy, self-starter, comfortable in ambiguous, entrepreneurial environments.
  • Strong professional, sales, and technical skills supporting enterprise and inside sales teams.
  • Ability to explain technical SaaS aspects, including security, APIs, SLAs, and communication protocols.
  • Solution architecture skills to address customer problems and uncover business challenges.
  • Excellent communication skills for needs analysis, positioning, and closing.
  • Relevant functional sales experience applicable across sales areas.
  • Flexibility to perform various system-related tasks as needed.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, HR, Organizational Leadership, Computer Science, or related fields, with strong academic performance.
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S., U.S. citizenship for FedRAMP compliance.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL is a plus.
  • Experience with customer/employee experience software, pre/post-sales support.
  • Qualtrics certification preferred.
