Job summary

Elara Caring, a nationwide home care provider, is seeking a Partner Services Professional in Dallas to support care coordination and patient engagement. You will contribute to the team using your communication and healthcare knowledge to help deliver the Right Care at the Right Time.

The role reports to the Partner Services Team Lead. Base pay ranges from $16.00 to $19.00 per hour, with benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, PTO, onboarding and mentorship.

Qualifications

• Associates degree preferred.
• 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting.
• Knowledge of medical terminology required.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Partner Services Team Lead to support care coordination and patient engagement.
• Coordinate with care teams to ensure timely and accurate information is shared with patients and families.

The base rate for this position is $16.00-$19.00 hourly and is based on the company’s good faith estimate at the time of posting. Actual pay will be determined based on factors such as education, experience, skills, and internal equity.
