Job summary

Elara Caring is hiring a Special Care Attendant to deliver high-quality home care and support to patients in their homes. You will be part of a dedicated team focused on providing the right care at the right time.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily activities, monitoring patient well‑being, and coordinating with the Care Team Supervisor to ensure consistent, compassionate care across visits.

What is Required?

• High School Diploma or GED preferred (based on state requirements)
• Experience providing care to the elderly and/or disabled in the home or a health care setting preferred.
• Good communication, compassionate, dependable, organized, and flexible
• Valid driver’s license and insurance
• Reliable transportation to perform job tasks
• You will report to the Care Team Supervisor.
