The role collaborates across Sales, Accounting and Marketing, manages royalty reporting and payments, and drives workflow improvements, with close involvement in quarter and year-end close.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to travel up to 20% to meet timelines.
• 5+ years in customer-facing PM, workflow, or relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Act as point of contact for incoming royalty reports and initiate invoice creation.
• Maintain Salesforce royalty data at the account level and legacy spreadsheets.
• Generate quarterly 3PC royalty reports and coordinate with partners and accounting.
