Qualifications

• 5+ years of directly-related work experience in either customer-facing project management, workflow, or relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary contact for 3rd party partners and resellers, handling inquiries and coordinating royalty data and payments.
• Maintain Salesforce royalty data at the account level and generate quarterly royalty reports.
• Coordinate onboarding of new 3PC partners and support reseller channel partners with guidance on the Reseller Portal.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve sales and royalty workflow and drive timely close activities.
