You will serve as a connector among utility clients, distributors, internal delivery teams, and program partners, fostering trust-based relationships and advancing projects with clear communication.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in energy programs, strong communication skills, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities while traveling locally as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in energy efficiency programs, account management, customer success, outreach, or related fields.
• Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate across diverse audiences.
• Self-motivated to drive results with meticulous attention to detail.
• Able to balance people-facing work with administrative and coordination responsibilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (heavy on Excel), Salesforce, and online application systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key contact for distributors, contractors, utility partners, and internal teams to support program participation and success.
• Advance projects through proactive communication, coordination, and follow-up from submission to payment.
• Assist with presentations, trainings, and hosting events to promote program offerings and increase participation.
• Develop and distribute marketing content and communications related to program structure and updates.
• Assist with application support, project tracking, documentation, and issue resolution to keep projects on schedule.
• Monitor project activity, maintain tracking databases, and support reporting on participation and milestones.
