Job summary

Resource Innovations, a women-led energy transformation firm, seeks a Partner Relations Associate to bolster relationships with utility partners, distributors, and internal teams in New England. The role blends outreach with program coordination to ensure successful delivery of energy efficiency programs.

You will navigate project timelines, support partner engagements, and help expand participation while maintaining high customer service standards. Travel locally as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
• 2–4+ years in energy programs, account management, outreach, or related roles.
• Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills with diverse audiences.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and online application systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key contact for distributors, partners, and internal teams to support program participation.
• Advance projects through proactive communication, coordination, and follow-up.
• Support partners in presentations, trainings, and events to promote offerings and participation.
• Develop and distribute marketing content and program updates.
• Assist with project tracking, documentation, and issue resolution to keep on schedule.
• Monitor activity, maintain databases, and support reporting on milestones.
