Job summary

Latitude is seeking entrepreneurial attorneys to join as partner-owners, co-owning a Latitude operating company with equity. You will build and deepen client relationships, and select the right Latitude attorneys for each engagement, driving success for clients and talent.

You will become a partner-owner, managing your own book and team, with the flexibility to work largely from a home office. Travel locally and nationally as needed to meet clients and prospects.

Qualifications

• Experience as a senior attorney with strong reputation among legal decision-makers.
• Willingness to build your own book of business and equity ownership.
• Excellent client service, responsiveness and judgment.
• Ability to operate with discretion and high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Launch and lead a Latitude operating company, building your book of business and team.
• Develop client relationships in your home market and across the country.
• Serve as the client’s proxy in selecting the right Latitude attorneys for engagements.
• Own engagements end to end, ensuring client and talent satisfaction.
