Latitude is seeking highly entrepreneurial attorneys to join our team as partner-owners. You will co-own a Latitude operating company with its own P&L, build a book of business, and serve clients across the country without practicing law.

You will lead client relationships, select the right attorneys for engagements, and own engagements end to end. This is a build, not a wind-down, offering equity ownership and flexible scheduling.

Formación

• Experience as a senior attorney — partner, counsel, or senior in-house lawyer.
• A genuine appetite for client relationships and business-building.
• Exceptional responsiveness, discretion, judgment, and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Launch and co-own a Latitude operating company with equity.
• Build and deepen client relationships across the country as a trusted presence for Latitude.
• Serve as client proxy in selecting the right Latitude attorneys for engagements, collaborating nationwide.
• Own every engagement end to end, ensuring client and talent satisfaction.
