Latitude is seeking entrepreneurial attorneys to join as partner-owners, co-owning an operating company with equity. You’ll build client relationships, select the right Latitude attorneys for engagements, and lead engagements from start to finish.

The role offers flexibility, nationwide work, and significant upside through equity and profit distributions, tailored to performance and market opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be an experienced senior attorney with a strong reputation among legal decision-makers.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on client-building and business development.
• Willingness to travel and manage your own schedule as a business owner.

Responsibilities

• Launch and lead a Latitude operating company and build your book of business.
• Develop client relationships across markets as a trusted presence for Latitude.
• Serve as the client proxy to select the right Latitude attorneys for engagements.
• Own engagements end-to-end with high client and talent satisfaction.
