Job summary

Latitude is seeking highly entrepreneurial attorneys to join as partner-owners, co-owning a Latitude operating company with equity and building a personal book of business. You will manage client relationships, select the right attorneys for engagements, and drive end-to-end success for clients and talent.

First-year base salary ranges with equity upside; total compensation can reach $1M+ annually as distributions and incentives grow.

Qualifications

• Experienced senior attorney with a strong reputation among legal decision-makers.
• Customer-facing mindset with business-building initiative.
• Excellent responsiveness, discretion, judgment and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Launch and lead a Latitude operating company, building book of business and team.
• Develop and deepen client relationships in home market and nationwide.
• Serve as proxy to select the right Latitude attorneys for each engagement.
• Own every engagement end to end, ensuring client and talent satisfaction.
