Job summary

Latitude Legal Recruitment Limited seeks entrepreneurial senior attorneys to join as partner‑owners. You will launch and lead a Latitude operating company, build your book of business, and co-own equity in your own firm under the Latitude platform.

You’ll develop client relationships nationwide, acting as the trusted proxy to select the right attorneys for engagements. This is a business leadership role requiring full-time commitment and high client impact.

Qualifications

• Experience as a successful senior attorney — partner, counsel, or senior in-house lawyer, with a strong reputation among legal decision-makers.
• A genuine appetite for the client-relationship and business-building side of professional life.
• Exceptional responsiveness, discretion, judgment, and attention to detail.
• A desire to build something that is truly yours and to grow it over time.

Responsibilities

• Launch and lead a Latitude operating company, and over time build your own book of business and team.
• Develop and deepen client relationships in your home market and across the country as a trusted, expert presence for Latitude.
• Serve as the client’s proxy in understanding needs and selecting the right Latitude attorneys.
• Own every engagement end to end, ensuring client and talent satisfaction.
