Job summary

Samba TV in New York is seeking an Associate Partner Operations Manager to own partner onboarding, taxonomy strategy, and pricing operations for Gravity, Samba’s data syndication platform. You will serve as the technical liaison between account teams and Engineering, coordinating cross-functional work as datasets are onboarded and distributed.

You will lead onboarding, audit taxonomy, create business reviews, and own partner reporting while ensuring accurate taxonomy pricing and data

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in ad tech or programmatic operations.
• Working knowledge of DSPs (The Trade Desk, DV360).
• Familiarity with data partner integrations and taxonomy management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; BA/BS in Marketing, Business, Data, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the go-to expert on platform capabilities for internal and external partners.
• Troubleshoot segment issues and manage SLAs for modeling and distribution.
• Lead onboarding, auditing, and taxonomy strategy for data partners and agencies.
• Create and present business reviews for data partners.
• Own custom partner reporting and maintain taxonomy pricing accuracy.
• Escalate platform tickets between account teams and Engineering/Product.
• Support identity match testing and onboarding architecture for new data imports.
