Job summary

ShipperHQ is seeking a Partner Operations Coordinator in Austin, TX. This entry-level role supports partnerships, sales, and internal teams by keeping CRM data clean, coordinating partner initiatives, and ensuring timely follow-ups with external partners.

You will gain hands-on experience with HubSpot, partner ecosystems, and e-commerce logistics in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, helping to drive successful partner outcomes.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate in a business, communications, or technical field (or equivalent hands-on experience).
• Strong communicator and natural relationship-builder who genuinely enjoys working with people.
• Some exposure to web technologies, SaaS products, or the e-commerce landscape is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail, with a passion for process improvement and data accuracy.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and excited to adapt and grow in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• HubSpot Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date partner records in HubSpot, including contact information, activity logs, deal tracking, and follow-up tasks.
• Partner Process Support: Follow established partnership processes and workflows to ensure partner activities, communications, and next steps are properly tracked and completed.
• Partner Coordination: Assist with scheduling partner meetings, preparing meeting materials, tracking action items, and coordinating timely follow-ups with external partners.
• Partner Engagement: Support ongoing communication with existing agency, integration, and technology partners to ensure timely responses, consistent engagement, and a positive partner experience.
• Reporting & Tracking: Help maintain partner dashboards, activity reports, and pipeline updates to provide internal visibility into partnership progress and key performance metrics.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Coordinate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Technical Support teams to support joint partner initiatives, co-marketing efforts, and accurate information sharing across the organization.
• Product & Industry Learning: Develop a working knowledge of ShipperHQ's platform, partner ecosystem, and the broader e-commerce industry through structured training and hands-on operational experience.

Position Overview:

As a Partnerships Operations Coordinator, you will provide critical operational, administrative, and tracking support to our Partnerships and Sales teams.
