This role owns the partner relationships the business relies on, ensuring active certifications, badge timing, and clean credit posture across all programs, so no status lapses. You will coordinate across partner programs, keep status in a single source of truth, and act as the trusted, responsive point of contact for five partners and distributors.

• Proven experience in partnerships or partner operations.
• Experience managing program standings and partner requirements.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to document partner status in a single source of truth.
